Checking my Technorati blog reactions today, I realised that Amy Gahran who I blogged about at the weekend had linked back to my post on her Contentious blog and bookmarked it with the tag mycoverage in her del.icio.us account. Following her example, I decided to tag posts from other bloggers that link back to my blog with with the tag joedale so that I can keep an online record of any discussions I've been part of, rather than letting them run loose in the blogosphere.
With this in mind, I thought it would be a good idea to start a meme called My del.icio.us online life where bloggers who are tagged can tag any posts that link back to their blog and bookmark them in del.icio.us so others with similar interests can subscribe to them and find out more about the extended communities that their colleagues are a part of.
So, here are the rules:
1) Once you've been tagged, bookmark posts that link back to your blog or blogs in del.icio.us
2) Name the tag that you have used so others can access the links easily in a blog post
3) At the end of your post, tag 6 people and list their names, linking to them.
4) Leave a comment on their blog, letting them know they’ve been tagged.

I suggest we just stick to posts not comments as well as that would be a little obsessive, I feel!

That said, I'll also continue using mycoverage since I want to denote specifically where I've been mentioned elsewhere. I sometimes want to run a feed for that specifically. But I'll play along with your meme too, see what happens.
