Doug suggests hosting mp3 files created with Audacity on easy peasy blogging platform Posterous which allows you to email up to 1GB of audio to your account and have each file embedded automatically with its own player. For newbies to podcasting, this offers an alternative to using a site like Podomatic and may prove more straightforward.
